Refund policy

Replacement Policy – THEME HUBB

At THEME HUBB, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please carefully review our replacement policy:

1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, replacements are possible if the conditions mentioned below are met.

2. Replacement Request Timeframe

Replacement requests will only be accepted if the complaint is reported to us within 4 days of delivery.

Complaints made after this period will not be eligible for replacement.

3. Reverse Pickup Service

We will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier service to collect your parcel.

The process may take 3 to 15 working days, depending on the courier’s schedule. Delays, if any, are on the courier’s end, not Theme Hubb.

4. Self-Return Option (Pak Post)

You can send the parcel back to us via Pak Post.

Once we receive your parcel:

  • If the product is unused and in original condition, a replacement order will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • If the product is used, it will be repaired, and the repaired item will be sent back to you.

The repair process may take up to 15 working days.

5. Shipping Cost Policy

If you choose to send the parcel via another courier:

  • We will reimburse PKR 185 for your shipping cost.
  • Couriers like Leopards and TCS may charge between PKR 300 and 400, so we will cover approximately 50-80% of the cost.

For returns via Pak Post, which cost around PKR 100-150, HMN Studio will bear 100% of the cost.
